Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and business growth.
- Provide end-to-end fulfillment and on-site and post-event support for workshops and training programmes, including participant engagement, logistics coordination, feedback collection and follow-up activities to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn and paid media campaigns, email marketing, website management and marketing automation programmes where required.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to support content development, campaign execution, audience targeting and workflow efficiency, while identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
- Maintain training & marketing programme schedules, fulfilment records, materials inventory and related documentation, ensuring that key actions and deadlines are properly followed up.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Compliance, Finance teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing, information services, financial services, technology, professional services or related sectors.
- Proven experience in events, workshops, training programmes or other customer-facing activities, with good attention to operational details and follow-up..
- Strong content development, storytelling and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese and the ability to create engaging bilingual content across multiple channels and formats.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, website management and marketing automation, CRM or campaign management platforms will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools (e.g. LLMs, content/image generation and workflow automation solutions). Experience using AI to enhance content creation, campaign execution and marketing efficiency will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving capability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
